About the founder.

The company is founded by Venkatachalam Achutharayan, a seasoned banker with more than 20 years of senior coverage experience in the commercial banking (SME) division, most of which was at Citibank N.A. His expertise ranges in the areas of Capital Markets, Late Stage Equity Raise, Debt, Treasury, Trade Services & ECB.


We have a deep sense of purpose when we witness emerging corporates who are in need of growth capital to participate in the India success story, they often have common gaps in board structure, taxation, inventory, balance sheet management, and corporate positioning, and our management consulting endeavours to ensure that they are adequately addressed and taken for fund raise at an appropriate time.
